J2EE Solution Architect (8-12 Years)

Responsibilities:

• Technology design and deployment efforts for complex Application Solutions.
• Evaluation/Selection of software/tools/methodologies
• Managing client relationships as required.
• Providing hands-on technical leadership and teamwork.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience on J2EE technologies
• Designed & implemented minimum 4 enterprise grade web applications
• 3-5 years working in general technical solution design and development leadership roles
• Demonstrated hands on ability in architecture, design and development of scalable, complex Java / J2EE software applications
• Expert knowledge of latest architecture frameworks and design patterns with demonstrated technical leadership in engineering, design and deployment of applications employing enterprise architectures
• At least 2-3 years of designing and architecture experience for enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience in Core Java/JEE skills like JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, JMS, XML, Webservices
• Hands-on any of these application servers - JBoss, Apache Tomcat
• Experience or Knowledge on JSF, AJAX, rules engine preferable
• N-Tier Architecture, Design patterns/JEE Patterns, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, UML, Modeling tools like Rational Rose/ArgoUML
• Hands-on experience in open source frameworks like - Struts, Hibernate, Spring
• Exposure to popular databases - Oracle, MySQL, Postgres
• Capacity to build group consensus while acting as a leader and team player
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
