Nitin Shenoy is the Managing Director at Tejora. He brings to Tejora a proven track record of successful delivery of enterprise grade software in the global market. As Software Architect at Telegea, Nitin managed the design & development of self-service and service delivery assurance products for the Telecom industry. As Technology Lead at Clairvoyant Solutions, he was responsible for successful delivery of e-governance, business process automation and other software solutions for various clients. He pioneered an Instant messenger for GSM Mobile phones using WAP during his stint at Clairvoyant. Nitin was part of Citicorp Overseas Software Limited, part of the $180 Billion Citigroup, during the formative years of his IT career where he was responsible for Production support of enterprise grade banking products with live implementations worldwide. Nitin holds a BE Computer Engineering from MIT Pune, India and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from LTIT Mumbai, India.

Neeshchal Mehta is an Independent Director at Tejora. Neeshchal holds bachelor's degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai. Neeshchal holds post graduate diploma in Tax and Business Management and Human Resource Management from University of Mumbai. Neeshchal has approximately 10 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting. Neeshchal is currently the director of Crepestation Café Private Limited. Prior to joining Crepestation Café Private Limited, Neeshchal was associated Dandeli Steel & Ferro Alloys Limited and Andel Jewelry LLC, USA.

Chhotulal Bhagwat is an Independent Director at Tejora. Chhotulal holds bachelor's degree in Commerce and bachelor's degree in Law from University of Pune. Chhotulal is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. Chhotulal has approximately 19 years of experience in the field of secretarial, legal, finance and statutory compliances.
